Three paid plans is enough to make anyone pause before signing up. The good news: the decision usually comes down to one or two questions about how you actually work, not a feature-by-feature comparison chart.

Start With: Do You Need Real Estate or a Team?

If the answer to both is no, Basic is genuinely enough — not a stripped-down starter tier you'll outgrow in a month.
